Tiffi's still a baby Necromancer! The question is, are her parents as innocous as she is, or are they planning to use Tiffi as bait/sacrifice at the next full moon?

Near Future

Frankly, I think a Necromancer would be neat here . . . If not, then perhaps Tiffi is a psi - high powered ESP (for Psychometry) and Telepathy (for Illusion, to project the "ghosts" she sees). The kitten-skeleton no longer exists, but perhaps she has an "imaginary kitten," which follows her around, and which can sometimes be seen (and seen through) . . .

Either take the psionic option, or maybe Tiffi's got some kind of alien artifact that produces strange effects that seem to enable ghosts to speak . . . . The artifact might be in the form of a small alien skeleton!

Tiffi's parents are the Tanners - that's what they do in their medium-sized town. They're also necromancers, though more for the knowledge than the dress-up-in-black-and-terrorize-people side of it. Tiffi's quite a nice kid, actually, if you discount the fact that her "familiar" is a small kitten skeleton. She's a little precocious, of course, and liable to go out looking for odd herbs ("I didn't know tanning required hemlock.") with only her skele-kitten for company. But she's really cute.

Typical Quotes:

[Suggested by Steve and Melanie Bucey: "Skeleton, if you don't eat more, people are going to think I don't take care of you!"]
