Kromm has created new skills, somewhere between cinematic combat skills (like Breaking Blow) and magic spells, to give GURPS characters even more flexibility.
Flaming swords? No problem. Knocking down doors with any pistol you have on hand? Easy. Making thrown playing cards explode?
Well, you can do it, but that's just silly.
