After the events in The Final Trumpet, many people think Kobal is working
on a joke to redeem himself in the eyes of Hell. They're half right. Kobal
has been working on a joke to make *himself* feel better. This joke
required years of working closely, and in complete secrecy, with various
Ethereals (Mars, Apollo, Prometheus, and more)... paying them handsomely
with threats of complete annihilation if they breathe a word to anyone.
And now he's ready. What is this grand joke of his? Oh... but that would
be spoiling the secret! You'll have to use your imagination...
After all... there are *so* many things you can do with an exact duplicate
(in form *and* function) of Gabriel's Trumpet....
