One thing to remember when using the Amber novels as source material is that they are all extremely biased. The first series was the spoken word of Corwin to Merlin his son at the boundry of the courts of Chaos. The second series is as dictated by Merlin. Sometimes it would be hard to realize what the truth is in the series. He's some up with a great story and i'm helping him flesh it out some. we're going to distribute it over the internet as a GIF or JPEG file and also post it on my page. they'll come in 3 or 4 "pages" at a time, in full color. if anyone wants to "subscibe" and won't mind getting image attachments mailed to you just let me know. it should be a few months yet, but we want to get a few "issues" ahead of schedule before we start mailing them out. Actually I am less interested in if the story is really right or not than if it sounds plausable enough to suspend the disbelief of my Players when I put it into a game. Given that they are already suspending a fair bit of dsibelief in IN you can sell them a quite a load of other weirdness. The Trans-Pacific route does sort of make more sense, maybe, and it's always nice to know that you are drawing on some sort of background in reality for your fiction. Thanking you for your indulgence (and your industry York). Regards, Peter.
