Pee Kitty" Subject: IN> New Song - NC: Feathers (So, let me know what you think...) NEW SONG Numinous Corpus: Feathers by Godfather Gillan and Pee Kitty This Numinous Corpus, which is primarily taken by angels, covers the performer's body in soft feathers. These feathers give the performer +1 Protection. More importantly, at any time, the performer can release the feathers into the air, obscuring vision in an radius around the performer equal to his Corporeal Forces plus the level of this ability, in yards. For every combat round spent releasing feathers (and doing nothing else), the area will be obscured for rounds equal to the performer's Corporeal Forces; if multiple rounds are spent releasing feathers, the effect is cumulative (e.g., if an angel with three Corporeal Forces spends five rounds releasing feathers, she can wade into battle and the feathers will remain in the air for the next fifteen rounds). All vision rolls and rolls to hit in the area are at -2; if this Song is known at level three, the penalty is -3, and if this Song is known at level five, the penalty is -4. The performer does not suffer these penalties. If a Cherub is attuned to a celestial who then = becomes a=20 remnant, does he maintain his attunement? If so, could the Cherub then = track=20 down the Remnant, bring it before an Archangel, and have it restored to = true=20 celestial status?

Eventually it will be a) complete (it only has the basic Angel powers, not counting Songs or attunements in the extended write-ups), and b) searchable and interactive. The trick is describing all the different powers in a way that makes comparison easy. So, if you have some spare time, could you look over the site and let me know if you think the wording is reasonable? (Any other comments gleefully accepted, of course.) Thanks, Mattius Elohim of Judgement IMHO, since Remnants are immune to all perception-based resonances, you could not track them down. Whether the attunement would break in the process I'm not positive about, but I am fairly sure you couldn't track them down that way. Now, if you had the right Song... ------------------------------ End of in_nomine-digest V1 #1303 ******************************** The material here is (C) 1999 Steve Jackson Games, Incorporated.
