I admit to a partiality to the Liber Castellorum cover, but everyone here knows why, right? O:> I really dislike the APG cover. The wings are crooked on his back. The IPG cover, though a bit amusing with the weight-lifter's belt, at least doesn't have crooked wings. The CPG, of course, is very nice. I can't say the GMG cover does anything at all for me. YAH has a nice feel to it, I think. Superiors 1 was entertaining enough, if a bit over-muscled. Superiors 2, though not _quite_ what I'd been hoping for, is probably about as close as mortal artists can manage. (I'd have liked Andre to be a bit more androgynous; ah, well.) Canon, IIRC, is no -- you can either spend Essence to boost Song effects, or to boost your chances of pulling the Song off at all, not both. This is why you want to have your Impudite of Vapula have Ethereal Attraction at a high enough level that he doesn't have to waste any Essence just performing the Song, and can dump 15 Essence into the _Song_ itself. >Same song, next question. Technically the latter, by the main book. IIRC. But I think the GMG suggests allowing this, and I don't know a GM (myself included) who doesn't permit this. Heck, I even allow 10 points for a new Force (but no, you don't get new points based on your new Force total!) -- that's actually worked fine, since the resulting character is lacking 10 whole points for skills.
