I've seen this happen in real life -- since we're using real-live analogs of human behavior to simulate celestial behavior, it stands to reason that demons can choose not to repent (even when given a chance to contemplate their guilt) the same as people can. ===== Michael Walton, #9805-068 "God, protect me from my friends - -- my enemies I can handle." __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Lucifer took a third of the host with him, and there's no reason to assume that a disproportionate number of those were his own Servitors (I admit that there's no reason not to assume this, either). The rarity of Servitors of Light comes from the fact that, after the Fall, Lucifer either recruited or destroyed all angels of Light that he could get to. As for the ones who did Fall, Lucifer may have a demonic secret police force consisting of demons of Light, but there's nothing in print about it yet. ===== Michael Walton, #9805-068 "God, protect me from my friends - -- my enemies I can handle." __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? When Uriel battled Beezlebub on the bottom of the Roman Colleseum, Uriel's blood was splattered against the floor and walls as many of his forces were ripped away by the Demon Prince of Corruption. Lucifer unbeknowst to the Archangel of Purity gathered up these remenants of the Archangel as he ascended into Heaven-his job done protecting the Roman Republic. When Legion was destroyed by Raphael and the combined efforts of Heaven and Hell, Lucifer deep in the lower Hells gathered the Uriel forces he had collected and began work on the next Prince of Corruption. Using them to create a Balserpah and then strengthening the creature with stripped forces from the most evil souls in history for the next thousand years. Now it has come time to unveil the new Demon Prince of Corruption whose power is mixed with the memories, skill, and personality of the Lord of Purity. The Demon has among other things an obsession with Laurence and Khalid...whom he comes very close to terrifying. I'm not sure what his attunements would be but one i think would gaurentee that any discord you accumulate will be in the area of sadistic, homicidal, or otherwise evil increasing such. Probably increasing one's will and preventing you from surviving Redemption.
