Memo to all Tethers of The Sword in the Northern Hemisphere:

We would like to warn you that Ruby, Lilim of (Demonic) Fire no longer appears to be operating in South America, and given her usual methods will probably appear in a Northern city shortly before your first fall of snow.

What we have been able to gather of her abilities follows; remember that she may have other abilities:

Corporeal Forces: 3
Strength: 6
Agility: 6

Ethereal Forces: 3
Intelligence: 6
Precision: 6

Celestial Forces: 3
Will: 5
Perception: 7

Vessel: Young Woman/2, Charisma+3

Role: Idle Rich/6/2

Skills: Dodge/1, Emote/2 ,Throwing/1.

Songs: Tongues(Corporeal/2, Ethereal/6, Celestial/1?)

Attunements: Balseraph of Fire; Lilim of Fire.

Servants/Geases: Described below.

Ruby wanders large cities during the middle of winter. Where ever there is somebody shivering in a doorway or huddled under layers of rags, Ruby is likely to be found. She doesn't speak to those she finds; not aloud, anyway. Nor do the homeless realise that she is the cause of them suddenly being warm. But the voice in their heads they here afterwards is irresistible.

Ruby invokes the Geases she gains from her Balseraph of Fire attunement immediately, ordering the victim to storm a location (usually a department store, supermarket or restaurant; however, she enjoys driving them to attack charitable organisations) on a specific day, often weeks or months later. While low level geases can only be invoked to order the individual to steal food or smash a window, at least one of her victims will be ordered to torch the building.

The timing of these attacks is valuable information and Ruby is assumed to sell the times to the nearest Tether of The Media.

Long before the riots are beginning, Ruby has already left the city and begun working elsewhere; she normally starts in the extreme North (or South) and works towards the equator as winter worsens. It's unknown where she spends the spring/autumn months.

Her success depends on her Geases not being fought, of course; however few mundanes can do so. Every now and again, one of the homeless is found dead in the street - and is welcomed as a hero and martyr in Heaven. Even then, the Geas remains, so these Blessed are advised to travel up Jacob's Ladder as soon as practical.
