Subject: gev game 'waterloo'

greetings:
  how'd the 'waterloo' game end up?  i didn't receive updates,
and assumed it died.  can you spill the beans?  what were the
objectives, victory conditions and who won?  (interesting side
note, i found it interesting that in this version of waterloo,
the artillery arrived in time, it just happened to vaporize
before it could do much good!)
