	[My mail (and general network excess) got very messed up this last
weekend, so orders for segment 5b of "Waterloo" will be accepted through
the 12th.

	One thing to remember:  We are playing GEV here, and so Ogre rams
happen during GEV overruns.  Note that if one Ogre overruns another, the
overrun will not end until one of them is completely stripped of guns!
