OM pg49 last para, "Therefore, as long as the sensor net is working, the 
effects of blocked line of sigt (p. 35) are ignored.  However, the hard 
cover provided by hulks and structures is still effective."  So it would 
only negate the +2 defense bonus for being out of LOS.
