Subject: Battlesuit Minis

OK, as part of my on going campaign to get SJGs to produce a miniatures, I've 
com up with a few more suggestions:

1) More terrain features (i.e., heavy woods, jungle, urban, water)
2) More drone types (Hunter/killer, sentry)
3) SNIPERS!!!!
4) Mines (antipersonnel, command detonated, directional)
5) Last but not least a way to combine Starship Troopers and Battlesuit.

    [If you've got a copy of the first edition Ogre Book then your last
request is answered.

    As for Battlesuit miniatures, wouldn't you need a miniatures rulebook
for Battlesuit, or at least a rerelease of the original rulebook?

    However, that may take a while as they've stopped releasing new types
of Ogre miniatures to the retail shops due to the lack of a new edition of
the main Ogre Miniatures rulebook.

    Paul Chapman clarified this (over at the SFBay_OGRE yahoo group), that
they will continue to release new miniatures, but only through WH23.  And
that they should be accepting preorders for the Mark IV Ogre in september.

    Indeed the repair kits for the latest Ogres (I and II) are scheduled to
be released later this month through WH23.  (File off the bottom of one the
mini-towers, glue it to a penny and go swimming?)

    Now I just know that somebody's goning to start adding up the price for
the Mark I plus the Mark II plus a spare foam-lined box and post a
complaint, but that wouldn't get you the record sheets, no?  -HJC]
