====== OGRE Digest, May 14th, 2004 (Last: May 9th) ======== ===== Return of the Mark VI miniature From: "Richard Kerr" ===== need more scenario contest entries! From: "Chris French" ============================== From: "Richard Kerr" Subject: Return of the Mark VI miniature I'm still shooting for June 1. The Mk VI has already been released, so molds for it should already be made and usable. Richard Kerr Gray Cat Studios / Gray Cat Castings ============================== From: "Chris French" Subject: need more scenario contest entries! > [Bender is roughly "Homie the Clown" for AIs. (ILC, not The Simpsons) -HJC] Right, like there aren't any _Futurama_ fans here except you and me. :) (I'm surprised that show never managed to work in an _OGRE_ reference -- hell, they put a Beholder in "How Hermes Requisitioned His Groove Back".) > From: David Morse > "Size matters not." It does to most of the gamers I've heard talking -- it seems a "real game" requires ~2,000 pts. per side, uses four maps, occupies a couple gaming tables, and takes two hours just to set up. (Of course, these people then try running these things at GenCon....) > "Judge me by my size do you? Hmmmm?" See above. I never managed to get any takers for my small-unit actions. :P CF ============================== Send all submissions to ogre@sjgames.com and mailing list changes or problems to ogre-request@sjgames.com Archives for this mailing list may be found at http://www.io.com/~hcobb/ General online support for the OGRE game is at http://www.sjgames.com/ogre Ogre, G.E.V., Shockwave and other products mentioned here are trademarks or registered trademarks of Steve Jackson Games.
