Angels of Stone usually enjoy taking the time to properly train other
people, whether human or angel. The combination of a deep bond between
master and apprentice, combined with the student growing stronger and
more capable is just so right to them. But sometimes an angel
doesn't have the decade or two it takes to teach the rudiments of
kung-fu (or accountancy or programming) and develop a lifetime
friendship. Sometimes rival martial artists, money launderers, or
Microsoft won't wait while the angel teaches. David recognizes that
once in a while even his angels will have to hurry, and created this
attunement.
This is what the Training Sequence permits: an angel with this
attunement can teach someone any skill it has mastered extremely
quickly. The angel can teach 1 skill level per hour of intensive
training. The angel can only train someone in a skill it has mastered
to a full level 6. The character points can come from either the
student or the angel, but they must be spent.
