Because the Seraphim are the furthest choir from humanity, those without extensive experience on the corporeal plane are going to have an incredibly difficult time trying to see things from the human's point of view and gear a sales pitch towards that individual. So, they won't be able to "push the product," to borrow a phrase from Nybbas. Certain there will be many exceptions, perhaps all of Marc's Seraphim, though I figure that they would be better suited towards roles like a business professor at a university or something like that (they'd make reasonably good lecturers).
