I do not think Heaven would prevent the murder of one human if it saved 1000 from a similar fate. Heaven would be likely to sacrifice one soldier to save 100. Heaven might mourn the loss, but it would still make the decision. Such is the role of saints etc. Heaven would expect its servant to make the sacfirice for the greater good. Obviously some archangels are less inclined to such policies but as a guiding principle....
