Cinematic gun battles in In Nomine

I was gazing at the picture on page 1 of Superiors 3 today (where an angel is sliding down the hood of a car with both guns blazing) and thought - "Hmmm...there aren't really any rules for attacking this way in In Nomine..."

How about this:

Attacking two separate people on the same action:

• Do the same damage to both targets but suffer an additional -2 Acc.

Attacking one person with two guns:

• Add 1/2 the power of the second gun to the damage total.

I still wouldn't allow hand-to-hand attacks to use these rules since they're already obnoxious. (for an in game justification, the hand-to- hand attacks REALLY represent a multitude of blows - perhaps there could be negative modifiers when one hand/arm/etc. is rendered useless).
