============ OGREverse list, May 19th (Last: May 14th) ============= ===== Ogre mailing list question From: NVDoyle ===== Ogre Orignal Rules? From: "Garth L. Getgen" ------------------------------ From: NVDoyle Subject: Ogre mailing list question Is there a digest version? Would it be necessary? My email is really clutterd already...but I _love_ OGRE. Noah V. Doyle ----- [You won't find much clutter here, and it's all pre-digested. -HJC] ------------------------------ From: "Garth L. Getgen" Subject: Ogre Orignal Rules? > Or you can go beg Mr Jackson to reprint it. Reprint it?? Heck, not only do I want that but I want to see another expansion set with more counters, new unit types and more maps!!!!! Come on, Steve .... the Twentieth Anniversary of OGRE is here (if not already gone) and you should do SOMETHING to celebrate!!!!!!! Forget miniatures for now .... paper's cheaper to print. Garth L. Getgen ----- [The advantage of begging for a reprint of an existing product is that there is no development cost, simply admin hassles. The problem is convincing the channel that it'll sell. But, while we're dreaming, how about getting Masamune Shirow to draw the Ogre manga? It was a dark and stormy night. No life stirred across the desolate landscape. The only relief from muddy hillsides and scattered rocks were a few dead trees, their empty branches held up to the stormy skies as if in supplication to god. A distant rumbling was heard over the thunder and a Mark V creasted a hill and stopped. Its guns transversed wildly, as if searching for something. "Leona!" It shouted into the storm and then started off again. -HJC] Henry J. Cobb hcobb@io.com http://www.io.com/~hcobb All OGRE-related items Copyright (c) 1998, by Steve Jackson Games.
