====== Ogre Digest, December 31st (Last: December 24th) ======== ===== Inf Bases & Hvy Weapons From: largecardriver5@webtv.net (e.w.markle) ===== Ogre Camo Patterns From: PaulandLynette@aol.com From: Sethkimmel@aol.com ============================== From: largecardriver5@webtv.net (e.w.markle) Subject: Inf Bases & Hvy Weapons I try to only glue one inf per base. Then I use the sticky yellow stuff to put the other two inf in place. The same with the HW fig. I have a large piece of the yellow stuff nearby. During play, when an inf squad dies I stick them down. After the game I do a head count. I don't leave my people behind. So far it's the best way for me to keep up with, & not loose any inf figs. Ed ============================== From: PaulandLynette@aol.com Subject: Ogre Camo Patterns Merry Christmas Everybody, As a shamless plug, I might point you toward the OGRE Recognit9on Manual (which now has 63 different OGREs) which I pu8t togtehr specifically to inspire people's paint jobs and as a showcase for all your hard work. I think you'll find that while many of them have standard modern camoflague, the ones that have been modified for a "futuristic" effect or have something different seem to come out the best. Having said that, most of mine are bog standard WW2 camo jobs... I'd love to see some pics of everybody's OGREs and the great proposed paint jobs (and put them in the ORM), although with 2 kids at Christmas time, I know how realistic it is to schedule a lot of painting to be done in the holidays! :-) Best wishes, Paul http://members.tripod.com/panpacalliance/ ===== From: Sethkimmel@aol.com Subject: Ogre Camo Patterns << When (if) I'm finished, I'll post some pictures and let the group know. >> please name him "Gustavus Adolphus".... ============================== Henry J.
