[a] We can stick this into just about any box for free. If these are the only extras you want, we'll ship them free in the U.S. or in a small standard box for international shipping (see below).
[b] These are included in the $150, $245, and $335 pledge levels. (The "Targets Go Boom" sheet is a second copy!) People choosing other pledge levels must select these as extras if they want them.
[c] These are included in the $300 retailer package.
[d] Choose between these shirts if you pledge at the $23 (U.S.) or $30 (international) level. These shirts are NOT included at other pledge levels, and must be ordered as extras.
[e] U.S. only. Only add this if you chose a pledge option that was limited to a single copy of the game, and do not add more than two extra copies.

[h] The current artwork for the patches is wrong. The white one should be the same shape as the green, the Combine colors should be red-on-black, and the Paneuro colors should be blue-on-white.

Option C: One Giant Battlefield Set, up to 4 shirts, and up to 2 sets of dice or pins.

We can add a few patches to just about any box. More than a few patches are equivalent to a shirt.
Small boxes are untrackable and uninsurable. Medium and Large boxes are trackable (if the USPS employees enter the info) and insured “up to $100” by the USPS (with some weasel words, and some online comments indicate that collecting a claim is not always easy).
