I am a gamer of the new millennium. I sit in front of my computer. On the screen is the enigma. Beyond the screen lies the whole world. Around my neck hangs The Stone.

The stone is the key to the site. The six symbols engraved on its face are unique to it and only one other. Your stonemate (the player with the matching stone) is your companion and your partner as you navigate the enigma and discover its secrets by solving various puzzles.

The site itself contains the immediate, a four-dimensional cube which is a map of the enigma, the network of puzzles. Only some of the puzzles are available to you at any one time. As you solve more and more, more are opened to you. You may solve the puzzles in any order. There are many paths through the immediate.

Remember that your stonemate is your partner. Any puzzle that either of you solves is credited to both. Some of the puzzles will require the two of you to work together. Still, your stonemate isn't your only ally. The site also has discussion boards where all players can talk to each other, asking for advice and giving clues. The stonekeepers who run the site will not tolerate the posting of solutions or overly strong hints, however, so you will not accidentally run across spoilers in the discussion area.
