Skraypers is the latest in the Dimension Books for the Rifts universe. The focus of these Dimension Books is often to provide a new setting that can be tied into the Rifts world, or the rest of the Palladium Megaverse. This is a good idea in that it allows those who know the system to pick up a new setting without having to pay for the rules all over again.

With Skraypers, the place in question this time is the Charizolon planetary system, a sun with eight planets in its system. The main planet that the campaign will take place on, Seeron, is the farthest out. It is this planet which houses the super humans, has a fairly high technology, and is under siege by the Tarlok.

Now while Seeron is the main planet, the most information in this book is on the Tarlok race. This is an interesting twist on things because it gives the Game Master more information to make his villains more formidable, while leaving the formation of most super heroes teams and efforts up to the players and what direction they want to take. For example, while there are no Tarlok NPCs, there are NPC heroes and Seeronian NPC villains.

But how does this give the Game Master more leverage? With the Tarlok, there are six different Tarlok R.C.C.s. The normal Tarlok Warriors, the Tarbulls, which are the elite infantry, the Shertar, the thinkers and creators of the . . .
