The latest "Plot Point" setting for Origins-Award-winning Shane Lacy Hensley's Savage Worlds has much in common with two earlier titles is the range. Like Evernight and 50 Fathoms before it, Sundered Skies is set in a world on the brink of great danger. In Evernight, the world is threatened by alien invasion and in 50 Fathoms the world is being drowned, but in Sundered Skies the danger is yet to be revealed. But then again, the world of Sundered Skies has already been to hell and back . . .

Millennia ago, the world was shattered into a myriad number of islands floating in the sky. These range in size from the Draining Sea, a massive glacier mined by the Orcs for the ice shipped as water throughout the Sundered Skies to tiny affairs that hold no more than a single building. The highest, coldest, and wettest island is the Draining Sea, while the hottest, driest, and lowest is Deepsky Citadel, the Dwarven capital. Between them are islands consisting of tethered ships, shattered city buildings, and smaller islands connected by stone bridges. Most islands are more ordinary and consist of a single terrain type. . . .
