Iron Crown Enterprises Purchased by Fan

The majority of Iron Crown Enterprises, Inc.'s assets have been acquired by long-time ICE fan John R. Seal, from a November 19th auction run by a Federal bankruptcy court in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Mr. Seal will place these assets into Aurigas Aldeberan LLC, which will then enter into a Master License with Phoenix LLC. Phoenix LLC is largely owned and operated by ex-ICE employees Bruce Neidlinger, Heike Kubasch, and Stephen Hardy, and will be charged with . . .
