Cybergames.com and Pinnacle Undo Acquisition

According to a press release from Steve Peterson of Cybergames.com (Hero Games, Obsidian Studios), Cybergames.com's acquisition deal of Pinnacle Entertainment Group (Deadlands, Hell on Earth) has been rescinded. Control of Pinnacle has been returned to its majority shareholder, Shane Hensley.

Cliff Perotti, President & CEO of Cybergames.com, said, "After reviewing a wide variety of issues, we have mutually decided that it's in the best interest of both . . .
