Our Official Internet Representative, She Who Answers The Questions Online, is Lynette R. F. Cowper. If you post a question on rec.games.trading-cards.misc, she'll do her best to help you if the Assembled Illuminated Multitudes don't get to it first. She's also been known to answer questions on the INWO mailing list.

Our assistant netrep, Steve Brinich, is also on-hand to answer any questions you may have. You can reach him through the same channels as with Lynette.

John Fiala is the Keeper of the FAQs -- that is, the Frequently Asked Questions about INWO -- and the Errata.

These Web pages are maintained by the SJ Games Webmaster, Sage; his current servant is Scott McNair; if you have any news or information you'd like to see announced on the INWO pages, contact him. How To Get An Answer

• Post to the net. If you leave a question on rec.games.trading-cards.misc, or to the INWO List, the Net-Rep will answer it -- if someone else doesn't get it right, first!
• Post to the appropriate AoL conference, and the AoL rep will get it.
• Put it in writing and send it to: INWO Questions, SJ Games, PO Box 18957, Austin, TX 78760-8957. You absolutely must include a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope). Questions without SASEs will be -- never mind, you don't want to know, but it's not pretty.

How Not To Get An Answer

• Don't call SJ Games, or any of the net-reps, on the phone. If we got started answering rules questions by phone, we'd never do anything else. (Somebody called SJ Games collect right after Assassins came out ... from England. We were too boggled to be as rude as we probably should have been.)
• Likewise, please don't send e-mail to SJ Games, SJ, or any of the net-reps. That's another time-sink. If you write to one of the newsgroups, your question and answer will be seen by lots of people at once. Much better.
• Or, if you write, don't forget to include the SASE.
