Storm's competent, but somewhere along the line she's gotten a little jaded and just a touch corrupt. She's also not the sort of agent you send for anything involving "restrained violence." So far, she hasn't gotten into serious trouble because of her disads (hasn't killed anyone that really shouldn't have been killed, nor betrayed major principles for cash), but it's probably only a matter of time.
