Today, April 23, is the 402nd anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare. To celebrate, we're encouraging everyone to play a game of Munchkin Shakespeare with their friends, and we're issuing the following special rule that's valid today only: Once per game, you may Run Away automatically from all monsters in a single combat by demonstrating your best theatrical death scene to the other players at your table (and anyone else who may be around). Every year from 2010 through 2014, we released a Warehouse 23-exclusive pack of Munchkin cards. In 2015, we collected all those cards into a boxed set, Hidden Treasures, because the first couple of expansions were out of print and people were asking how they could find the cards . . . read article

The first Munchkin Collectible Card Game expansion, The Desolation of Blarg, is set for release next month. The expansion is now out of the factory and on a ship, sailing across the Pacific Ocean, so it is just down to the logistics of freight receiving, distributor sales and fulfillment, and individual friendly local game stores ordering the new boosters and setting them out for you to find and enjoy . . . read article
