March 25, 2026: What I'm Choo-Choo-Choosing To Write About Today

The concept of "pandering" gets a bit of a bad rap. For example, I'm an employee at Steve Jackson Games, which means I've come to know many of the hobbies and interests of our benevolent overlord Steve Jackson . . . including 3D printing, LEGO, trains, and LEGO trains.

So when I came across a YouTube video (from channel What Up TK Here) where the creator 3D printed an elevated bridge for LEGO trains to run over and under, is it necessarily "pandering" that I immediately started writing this Daily Illuminator?

Search your own heart, but I know my answer.

(If you're planning to watch the video, be aware there's the occasional excited not-safe-for-work verbal interjection . . . and many, many LEGO train derailments.)
