How'd you like to be handcuffed and dragged to jail because you made a payment in U.S. currency?

I don't think much of people who respond to casual annoyances by filing suit, but this is no casual annoyance. If the story is really as presented below, Mr. Bolesta should see both Best Buy and his local police department in court.

Though it truly is amazing how many adult U.S. citizens can't recognize a $2 bill as money. Years ago, I was at a convention in the Northwest, and my host had a pocket full of $2 bills with which he thought he was going to buy us dinner. It took three tries to find a restaurant that would accept them . . . but nobody tried to arrest us.
