December 3, 2021: Kickstarter Reports, December 2021 Update
Welcome to our monthly Kickstarter report! We post regularly to our various Kickstarter campaigns, and this Daily Illuminator post exists as a summary of our overall status when it comes to Kickstarter projects. For details, we recommend checking the updates for each of the projects listed below.
At the moment, we have three active projects and one upcoming campaign that is scheduled to launch on December 13th.
Please follow us on Kickstarter — Steve Jackson Games and Warehouse 23 — to receive notice when we launch new campaigns.
The Fantasy Trip Foes, STL Miniatures for Fantasy RPGs
December 13, 2021 to January 4, 2022
Our first STL miniatures project! This upcoming campaign is for those in the audience who own their own resin printers — or have access to resin printers — and wish to print their own fantasy minis for use with The Fantasy Trip, the Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game, or almost any other tabletop fantasy RPG that supports tactical play on a map.
GURPS Girl Genius
October 20 to November 8
2,915 backers and on schedule
The hardcover is printing and everything is on schedule.
Random Fun Generator 2, Dice Games from Steve Jackson Games
September 23 to September 30
1,533 backers and on schedule
The book is at the printer and we're on track to deliver rewards to project supporters by the estimated date.
Car Wars Sixth Edition by Steve Jackson Games
November 29 (2019) to January 6 (2020)
3,936 backers, behind schedule
U.S. rewards are shipping and we expect to complete delivery of all U.S. packages this month. International shipping will start in January and it will not be a fast process.
Our big Munchkin campaign that we wanted to run this quarter has officially pushed into 2022. Licensed games sometimes require more time and attention on the approvals side of the line, so we're currently working through all of the administrative checks and balances before we're officially ready to launch our new Munchkin game Kickstarter project. What's the game? We can't say . . . yet.
Please follow both Steve Jackson Games and Warehouse 23 on Kickstarter so that you don't miss any of our upcoming campaigns.
