February 20, 2026: Working On The Stakeholder Report

This annual report is something I've been doing for more than a decade now. Here's the last one, and links to earlier years are at the bottom. I'm getting started on the one for 2025. It's not going to be easy. Or fun! So very many things happened, and not enough of them were "Release a great game." But look at that . . . we're still here.

I'd welcome forum comments on what you thought was important or prominent about SJ Games' 2025 . . . because it would be interesting to see what it looked like from the outside! In a month or so, I'll report on how it looked from here. Remember, though, you already know the ending.
